During the next billing cycle, members will see an updated look to their electric bill. A new billing format was necessary because the billing software used to regenerate the bills is no longer going to supported. 


“The new bill format provides our members with more information directly on their bill,” adds Elaine Gilreath, Manager of Customer Service and Billing. “Members will now be able to get more information to better understand how they are using electricity during the month.”


The new bill will include a graph which compares kilowatt usage and monthly temperatures. Also, there is an energy usage comparison of how many kilowatts were used during the month, versus the previous month and year, along with average kilowatt usage, average daily cost and average daily high temperature.
