Overview
Having access to your billing and payment history through SmartHub has many benefits. Not only does it cut down on the storage of paper bills, allowing you to go green, but it also means you don’t have to wait until a representative is available to get the information you want.
View Previous Bill
1. From the SmartHub Home page, click the Billing & Payments tab.
2. Click the Billing History link in the far left menu.
A listing of previous bills displays, along with links to view PDF images, of each bill, if available.
3. Find the appropriate bill and click the associated View Bill link,
located under the dollar amount in the Printed Bill column.
A PDF copy of your bill opens in a new browser tab. You must hav a PDF viewer, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, installed to view the bill.
4. Click the SmartHub - Billing History browser tab to return to SmartHub.
View Previous Payments
1. From the SmartHub Home page, click the Billing & Payments tab.
2. Click the Payment History link in the far left menu.
A listing of your previous payments displays including amounts and dates.

View Previous Bills
1. From the home screen, tap the Bill & Pay icon.
2. Tap Bill History.
A listing of previous bills displays.
3. Tap and bill with a View Bill icon.
The bill image appears.
4. Review your bill. Use a combination of swipes,
reverse pinching and pinching to view specific sections.
5. Tap the Bill History button in the upper left corner to return to the Bill History screen.
View Previous Payments
1. From the SmartHub Home screen, tap the Bill & Pay icon.
2. Tap Payment History.
Your payment history appears, including amounts and dates.

View Previous Bills
1. From the home screen, tap the Bill & Pay icon.
2. Tap Bill History.
A listing of previous bills displays.
3. Tap the bill you wish to view.
A download bill box appears.
4. Tap Download Bill.
An Info alert displays.
5. Tap OK.
6. Tap the downloaded bill again, now marked with Bill Downloaded.
An option menu appears.
7. Tap View Bill.
The bill opens in your designated PDF reader. If you have not already designated a default app, you’ll need to do so.
8. Review your bill. Use a combination of swipes,
reverse pinching and pinching to view specific sections of the bill.
9. Tap the device’s back button to return to SmartHub.
